With our expert guidance and compassionate support, you can focus on nurturing your new arrival while we take care of your comfort and needs.
How Support Is Delivered
Support is offered through home visits, virtual appointments, or telephone sessions, as agreed.
🧳Travel
Home visits within 5 miles of my Newham base are included. Appointments beyond this area may be available, subject to availability and an agreed travel supplement. Virtual and telephone support are available throughout the UK.
💬Message Support
Message support is for non-urgent queries only and is available Monday–Friday 10am–6pm, Saturday by appointment, and closed on Sundays. It does not provide emergency, medical, or clinical advice. For urgent health concerns, contact your maternity triage, GP, NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency.
⚠️Important Information
This service offers non-clinical education, practical preparation, and emotional support. It does not replace care or advice from your midwife, GP, health visitor, or other qualified healthcare professional.
➕Additional and Ad-hoc Support
Existing package clients can book additional home visits from £60 per hour or virtual/telephone support from £55 per hour. New and ad-hoc clients can book home visits at £65 per hour or virtual/telephone appointments at £60 per hour. Minimum booking times apply.
