This combination gives me a strong foundation in pregnancy and birth, child health and development, and the realities of family life in the early years.
Across my roles, I have supported families through antenatal preparation, postnatal recovery, infant feeding, and early parenting, both in the home and in community settings. This experience now shapes my work as a doula and parent support practitioner, offering calm, evidenceβbased guidance that is tailored to each family.

π Providing flexible support through home visits, virtual appointments, and telephone support

As a registered midwife and health visitor, I provide non-clinical doula support only.
